Bern 69

Bern 69 is a multifunctional silane coupling agent used in rubber compounds to improve the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. Flycro‐69 can significantly improve tensile strength, tear strength and abrasion resistance, and reduce compression set of vulcanizates. It can also reduce viscosity and improve the processability of rubber compounds. The product is particularly suitable for improving the reinforcing properties of fillers containing hydroxyl groups in all unsaturated polymers with double bonds, or their mixtures. Silica, talcum powder, mica powder and clay can be used in combination with Flycro‐69 in polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM.
